docs(find-a-pane): the navigator's boxes, rows and layouts
The pane navigator now draws Search, Panes and Preview as framed boxes, a
tree with guides, a command after each pane name and a preview in the
pane's own colours (Gaurav-Gosain/tuios#505).
Finding a pane says what a row shows, adds the v key and the three
layouts, and says the preview passes colours and text only. The panes
table gains navigator_layout. The list-windows notes gain shell.
docs: cover hosts sync, the explorers and send-keys encoding
Add tuios hosts sync to the CLI reference and to Remote Hosts. Add tuios help -i, help --json, config browse and keybinds browse, with the keys the explorers share. Say that send-keys encodes a key in the keyboard mode the pane asked for.
Add pages for links, checkpoints, ship, push notifications, turning off
agent features and the tmux shim, and add them to the sidebar.

p in window mode pins the focused pane as a small live view in a corner of the screen. Cover the key, tuios pip, the [pip] table and how the view behaves.
The rail rename, the session picker's Ctrl+R and rename_session now
change a session's real name in the daemon, not only its display
label. Add the rename-session command to the CLI reference and
describe the new rename behaviour, the old-name alias for running
panes, and how a rename on another machine shows here.
docs: sync the v0.8.1 security release with tuios-docs
Covers tuios-web passwords, the Host check and --allow-host, tuios ssh
